Customer service

Absolutely abysmal !!

Waited thirty two days to be connected. Internet now runs slow or drops out completely (connected on 20/11). Tried numerous times to contact customer service online but never available. Cannot bring myself to pnone as I have spent many frustrating hours during the past weeks being passed from one "TEAM" to another. Nobody seems to hold any responsibility and a supervisor or manager simply doesn't exist i.e." they are at a meeting".  "they are out of the building" etc

Sorry to hear of the issues you've had.

Our tests are showing a high number of errors on the line, which would be causing speed and connection problems.

Can you try the steps here and report a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net if you don't see an improvement please?

Once you've done this feel free to nudge us over here and we'll be happy to pick it up.
