Despite all the various changes over the last months do the PN COT still exist?
If so is there a direct to the COT phone number without having to contact CS first and then get redirected or even disconnected in the process

After a little digging I found this:
Customer options
   From landlines: 0800 013 2632
   From mobiles: 0330 123 9197
   8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
   9am - 7pm Saturday
   9am - 6pm Sunday

Many thanks for your help guys, here's hoping they can still offer a good retention deal for plain old ADSL1 + the line rental in order to get it.
