Current speed in Connection Settings ---- 500kbps

Hi Hp, thanks for the comment.  No, not on wireless on this Pc.
However after a disconnect of 45 mins the results are much better 4691 down load and 381up.

However, the bt tester is still busy!

That's pretty normal TBH, especially given the time of day. 
(I meant the latest speed test result, though it also applies to the BT test unavailability)

PN have acknowledged I have a problem but they say it is due to line drops?  I have not noticed this, only very slow speeds since last week.  No changes in my hardware or setup for the past 2 years.
It's funny I' am not the only one to suffer 500kbps over the last few days?

There are a few line drops, but they're not all that frequent TBH. Here's an excerpt from our RADIUS logs:

We've enabled interleaving on your line. If that hasn't helped then make sure you pass your fault ticket back to the support team to let them know.
