Current line speed

IP profile of line has dropped from 10.84/0.83 in March to 6.88/0/83 (I can PM stats if required). Can someone advise why this drop. Also, can line stats be checked as router drops out a lot or has to be robooted.

Hi there.

Line tests aren't showing the cause of the speed drop, but based on a 24 hour snapshot of the connection your line is erroring every 4 seconds as shown below.
