I'm afraid LRS (Line Rental Saver) wouldn't be refunded on joining the FTTP trial and wanting to drop the phone line completely.

If only out of interest, what would the situation regarding LRS if withdrawing from a contract on the complete inability to deliver the minimum speed?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Depending on the outcome of a full fault investigation we'd generally take this case by case, in this instance we are achieving the minimum sync speed advised.
