Having gone through online chat yesterday, I was told that everything had come back clear and to monitor things for three days and see if it got better. I am not happy about just having 0.2 Mb of speed and desperate to get it sorted out quickly, especially with Christmas coming. Currently, even text is a challenge. Speed used to be good enough to watch movies, but we were away for a few weeks and it was like this on return.
I'm plugged straight into the router which is in the test socket. Nothing else is plugged in.
I've put some stats below. Any advice gratefully received.

That was a very poor response from support, sounds like a 'I don't know what to do answer'. Get onto support again and insist on a line reset which will restore your noise margin to the correct default of 6dB. You should get very good speeds so close to the exchange.
By the way you still appear to be on a capped upload speed so ask for the upload to be uncapped while you are at it. Should give you at least double the upload speed, possible more if interleaving is removed.

After PlusNet phoned and said that our connection had been incorrectly limited and they were taking off the restriction, I had a whole day of good speed and was delighted the problem was fixed.
Yesterday, I received an email saying that they were going to turn interleaving on to 'fix' the 'current broadband problem'. (I thought it had been fixed!)
This morning, the connection dropped, came back on and is now so slow as to be unusable again.
Please advise what is happening?
