Current Line Speed

My current line speed has been 6.7 since 27th September, but according to BT tests my IP is nearer 6.9. Is it possible for someone at PN to nudge my current line speed up? Many thanks.

Hi there,
Your profile on the BT side was at 6802 so I've bumped our side up to 6800 to match it, hope that helps.
