Hi, my current line speed on the member centre is showing 0.5mb, as you probably know this is ridiculously slow and causing me issues. Not only this but the connection keeps dropping. This is a business line and i need a reliable connection. I cant seem to find an explanation as to why i am getting this speed, no faults showing on your website.

If it is a business line, on a business account, I would suggest you ring the relevant telephone number, and post in the business forum.

I've updated that for you but your sync speeds are dropping quite alot.
I'd recommend raising a fault here so we can look into this.

Hi,
That did fix it for me on Thursday and i have just put in a fault, but says it can take up to 1-3 to fix. My broadband has just fallen back down to 0.6mbs again, can you do what you did on Thursday to get it back up to speed? cant do anything at this speed.

BT Wholesale test is coming back with 6mbs. when through plusnet im getting 0.5mbs.

Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect of the router and see what speeds you're getting then please.

Ok im getting 14.5mbs. Is it fixed now? or am i likely to drop to 0.5 again in a couple of days?
