Credit where its due
Hi,
Haven't had much call to post but i thought i'd express my delight in the service that i have been given by Plusnet.
I have been a customer of theirs since the Force 9 days and although i have only had a weak broadband signal ((about 1.5mb)being at the threshold limit from the exchange)) the service provided has always been exemplary.
In the last 6 weeks or so i have joined the ranks of fibre customers and just want to add my thanks and praise for an installation and changeover which was very smooth and has since provided no fault at all. I now currently and surfing the web at a constant 38mb wired and approx 31mb wireless around my abode.
So many thanks to all those in Plusnet towers for the smooth transition
