Could you please turn interleaving off on my line?

Hello,
I recently had a problem of erratic high latency solved by yourselves, you changed some settings on my line but before you changed those you turned interleaving on (didn't help).
Now that my ping is, relatively normal, is it possible you could turn interleaving off?
