Could this be the same thing?

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/264af48393ce80cee070410d22380c93-30-07-2014.html
This packet loss has come in and my connection has stopped. I literally can not pull anything through it.
This happened overnight which I guess explains the overnight stuff

Could it be happening again?  Yes I can reboot but this is FTTC. I don't want to be flatlined.

Re: Could this be the same thing?

I'd allow for the clear time to pass and if you're still seeing packet loss, I'd look at raising this with our Faults Team.

Ah yes, you're right. I'd raise a fault in that that case at http://faults.plus.net - you shouldn't be seeing that much Packet Loss!

Re: Could this be the same thing?

From experience I'll leave it a day or so Chris, I used to get faults raised days after when it had cleared
