Could someone please nudge my Plusnet IP profile?

Could one of the Plusnet staff please nudge my IP profile? My download sync speed is currently 8311 and has been at this level for around a fortnight (last resync was about 6 days ago but the speed stayed the same as before), my BT IP profile is 7150, but my Plusnet profile is 6500.

I guess I wrote my original request at the wrong time (over the weekend), as my Plusnet IP profile is still at 6500. Could it please be nudged to match my BT profile?

Go into your router and disconnect then reconnect and you'll see it then.

I might try that later, but I've just done a Plusnet speed test and I got a real throughput of 6528, which is about what I'd expect with a profile of 7150. With the previous profile of 6500 I'd expect a throughput of around 5950.
