Hi cmsaunders, the reason behind the delay is that you didn't complete the fault checker but added comments to the bottom through the ticketing system which pushed the ticket to a non-standard pool. This will still be picked up by the Faults Team and it needs a full test by them to identify the problem with your speeds so I'll leave it to them to get in touch and advise you what we can do.
