Could a member of staff confirm we will be switched to ADSL2+ this week.

Hi,
We are due to be switched to ADSL2+ this week, here is a copy of what we received -
Service Notification
6:57am, Tuesday 4 Oct 2011
An update report has been received for this account.
The broadband service is now being transferred to the 21C Network.
The date this work is expected to be completed is 19/10/2011 (Commit Date).
This means the date the transfer will complete will be after 12pm on 20/10/2011.

I have read a few people have been getting delays etc recently so just wanted to double check we will definitly be getting switched this week (Don't want to build my hopes up if not).
So if a member of staff could take a quick look at our account and confirm this just to put my mind at ease that would be apprieciated.

I've just checked the order and it's all set for the 19th as was indicated in your post.

Just got home from work and it looks like the first stage is complete.
Here is the router stats -

443 / 17,347

Speedtests still show the same as before for the download but the upload has gone down to 0.38meg from 0.70meg (we are on the Max premium service) looks like the upload has been capped to what you get without Max premium?

I assume I just wait til tomorrow now for all the speeds to catch up to what's shown in the router stats?

You should have been automatically moved to the uncapped upload as you were previously on Max Premium.
Ask to be uncapped and make sure that Max Premium is removed from your account as you don't have to pay extra for faster uploads on 21CN.

HI Paul,
I've placed the order for you which should complete tomorrow. I've also removed max premium from your account. As this months' bill is in the process of being collected I can't stop the max premium payment from being taken for this month. I have, however, applied a refund to last months bill to balance this out.
