Following some light snow about 2-3 weeks ago in Swansea, we had five short power outages during the evening. I've noticed a speed drop since then. Can I humbly ask for a profile reset to see if that fixes things please? I'm back down in the 4000Kbps range at the moment. Ta!

Hi @Slay,
It looks like the line was banded so I've popped a reset through for you. This has already completed and the profile's back to normal levels:
Give it a couple of hours (and you might see a couple of drops) but you should be back to normal.
