Contract ended

Hi my contract ended months ago and i've been trying to ring up about getting it sorted but the phone is hopeless i want to renew it as the cost has gotten high now
is there anyway to get this done online.

nope but phoning the customer options - number in my sig and selecting option 2 - I am thinking of leaving - is usually much faster as it bypasses the support queue
