My SPEED in Lynton, Devon is APPALLING and has been for weeks!!
Download is 350kbs - Up is 249kbs
It used to be 1.2mps!!

It is not much use posting then not following up with the information needed for members to try and help.
You need to complete all the tests here https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,143835.0.html
and post the results.

Are you connected to the router wired or wireless? (If you are wireless you need to test wired)

Problem sorted - after running BT full test speed is back to normal (why?) 1.2gbs not good but normal!

Well that is good news
If it is an intermittent line fault, it could return in which case the router stats may help shed light on it.
