Hi,
We have been having ongoing connection issues for some time, but they're getting worse and worse now.
Like many others we're suffering from lag spikes. Things can be working fine then all of a sudden everything freezes - games disconnect, instant messengers and chat programs disconnect, then a few seconds later it's back to normal. It used to happen once or twice a day, but this morning it's been every 10-15 minutes since about 7am.

Plusnet current linespeed: 45.6Mb/s
BTW IP Profile: 45.54Mb/s
I have registered on TBB and started the quality monitor - solid red so far:
If my reading of other threads is correct, we need plusnet linespeed to be about 500kbps below the btw IP profile? If so, could someone please change it to 45.0?
What else can we do? This, combined with the DNS farce within the last couple of weeks is really making us itch to change provider... it's not good enough.

Have you enabled respond to pings in the router http://192.168.1.254/ping.lp?be=0&l0=3&l1=6 for a Plusnet supplied router
