just wondering if anyone has any insight on this for me.
my daughter at Uni in London is having horrible speed issues (she’s with Plusnet) and we’re as positive as we can be that it’s contention (she lives in a block of flats).
with one of our old ISPs we were able to pay a little extra a month to get put onto a separate section at the exchange and it meant everything was improved dramatically.
Is there such a possibility with Plusnet does anyone know?
I’ve googled like mad but cant find anything lol
