How does anyone contact PN directly these days?
No, I don't want to 'air my issues' with the 'Community' I want to speak (verbal or electronic) with PN directly, you know, the people if pay the fee to!
There's no apparent support email address, no 'Ticket' system but just pointless and UNHELPFUL bot suggestions... well here's a suggestion, get a Ticket System sorted and if you do have one, where the hell is it?
Grumble over!
Thanks
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

There is no email address for customer support I'm afraid. Many years ago there used to be a ticket system and it still exists in a limited form. Staff who monitor this forum can raise tickets where its necessary to exchange information without it being in the public domain. Customers can only raise a ticket for a complaint purpose.
