Constantly Losing Sync.....

For the last few months I have had an intermittent problem with my connection dropping out then reconnecting.  Looking at my router Log it says "Loss of synchronization"  I dont know whether its a problem with my router ( dont have another to test with) or something more serious like a problem with the phone line  :(.  What's odd is that this only started happening when I switched from my old BB Plus upto 8MB account, which I had been on since I joined plusnet in 2005 over to Broadband Extra in April of this year.  The last few days its been quite bad and is starting to annoy me.
Here is a log for my router from August 23rd showing the problem I think

Any thoughts on what might be happening?

Re: Constantly Losing Sync.....

Hi lowercase,
I've run a few line checks and not getting the same results as yourself, so it's very difficult to diagnose at this point. The drops in sync have not caused any alteration to your IP profile as yet but in order for us to deal with this any further you would, in the first instance, need to raise a fault via faults.plus.net

Re: Constantly Losing Sync.....

The connection drops for a few seconds and comes back...
You mean the phone line and connection is ok?  It must be my equipment then, but I don't have another modem to test it with and if tests are done and it turns out its a problem with my hardware, I think I get a big bill from BT?
