Could I have my line checked please.
I seem to be suffering from constant re-syncing, over the last day or so it's probably more than a dozen times.
My connection speed seems to be dropping as well, probably DLM kicking in.
It's unable to last more than a few hours per sync, if that.

Hi, sorry to hear about the issue buseng12.
Diagnostics don't show me an obvious reason for the dropping sync issue so you'd be best off raising that here: http://faults.plus.net

Cheers, I'm due to have fibre installed next week so will see how it goes from there.
One question, do my re-syncs show up on your systems?

We can see them via the DLM History, yes.
Our internal systems do make a note of most PPP session drops.

Any connections issues, first thing to do is pickup your landline phone from master socket and listen. If there is any noise that is why.

Slight update on this, seems to be ok now. Approaching 4 days without a re-sync/disconnect.
I think it was a dodgy RJ11 cable between the master socket/filter plate & router which I have since replaced with the router supplied one. The one I was using was a separately bought one supposedly higher quality?
Looking forward to my fibre upgrade on Monday, if it all goes to plan. Watch this space.
