Hello again,
The engineer has been and has fixed everything. Thank you for that.
He had to move the master socket as the wall where it used to be was quite damp for some reason and was damaging the wiring.
Everything seems to work fine now, only minor problem is the speed is only 4mbps.
Will it go back up in time?

Thanks for giving us an update on this one, glad to hear that the engineer managed to get the issue resolved for you!
As for the speeds, they should return although I have seen that your profile jumped back up to 14300 on Saturday so I would hope that you've already seen this change?

That sounds very expensive to fix  - the damp wall that is
