Constant loss of sync over the last day or so.

Can someone look at my connection status please.  For the last day or so my line has been dropping connection for no reason whatsoever.  It drops, re-syncs and then is OK for a while and then it drops again.  It's just done it twice in the last 5 minutes alone.
