leeanthony,
Based on your earlier post, I'd say you're correct - it seems as though the router is dropping the DSL connection - why this wouldn't show up on PN's end is a mystery to me, however...

ok I got the new router today, I let it setup automatically for me with the plusnet wizard thingy.. same as I did with the last one. Other than that the only setting I changed myself was disabling wireless. Is there anything else anyone can recommend me to change to make this thing give me a solid connection?
P.S James there was no returns bag with this, unless thats gona arrive seperately another day?
Some info from the router incase anything needs changed.....
DSL Connection
Link Information
Uptime: 0 days, 0:06:40
DSL Type: G.992.1 annex A
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 448 / 7,936
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [kB/kB]: 0.00 / 0.00
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 11.5 / 19.5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 21.0 / 36.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 18.0 / 8.5
Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / TSTC
cant see anythin else worth copy pasting
thx

Nope, that looks fairly decent.
No idea where the returns bag is - but that might have been sent out via royal mail, so should turn up some time in early December.
