I've been getting frequent disconnects for months. They tried resetting the line my line setting. I reset the router. Even your support said the router logs are strange, getting completely reset, even the time and date.
There have been tickets, I've tried webchat but they were useless.
http://faults.plus.net/ doesn't work.
Main socket, and all that jazz, Check my previous tickets for info.
I'm fairly sure you just need to replace the router.

Hi there,
Had a look at your connection, your SNR margin was set a bit on the low side, so I've increased this to 6db and applied interleaving. Hopefully this should stabilise the connection. If you could keep an eye on it for the next few days and if you continue to have problems, reply to the text that I've sent you so that our Faults team can investigate further
