Constant disconnections

For the past few days my router has been disconnecting a lot and tonight it struggled to connect at all. I now have my router plugged into the test socket and after trying a few different filters I have managed to get connected again. My SNR is now down to 3dB. Could someone please reset this and "stop" it from getting this low again. I have had it reset in the past few weeks. This may help but I think there's an underlying problem that has developed. Would be grateful if you could check my line also.

Hi andysnod845,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with a dropping connection. I've placed an order for you, which is due to complete tomorrow, which will stop the SNR Target (3db) from returning. Once this order has completed, I'll move your SNR Target from 3db to 6db and we'll see how you get on.
