Constant disconnections

I've been on the plusnet fibre package for just over a month now, and I'm getting really tired of my connection going down constantly. I didn't think anything of it in the first couple of weeks cause I thought it might be normal, but now it's just unacceptable how often this happens. It's really disrupting my internet usage and occurs at random times for no apparent reason.
Will I get a response from the staff through these forums or do I need to raise a ticket? If so, can someone please tell me how to do so, cause I can't seem to find the ticket system anywhere on the account page.
