Constant Disconnects and slow speed, unable to load plus net support

Over the last 24hrs router has dropped numerous times with a reduction in sunc speed. This has resulted in the connection now runnning very slow to the point where it will not load any support pages etc and I cant even check my usage. Any suggestions and help very much appreciated. Sad

I'd defiately agree that your line has gone from being very stable (connected for 25 days) to disconnecting fairly frequently:

Well, 3 attempts to create a fault ticket and each time it stops working. Will have one more go at it then will have to phone.  Sad

at last a ticket raised under number 51646678, didnt think it would work at all...

What was happening when it failed? I can see that the ticket has been raised with us fine now so our faults team should be picking that up ASAP.

I would get to answer so many questions and the page would hang with a message saying there is a problem with the trouble shooter please try again later.

Do you remember which question it was by any chance? Just wondering as if there is a problem with the troubleshooter itself that'll help a great deal when we come to investigate.

The questions it crashed on variedmbut were generally two or three into the form.
Next question, I have received an e-mail this morning informing me you have requested interleaving be added to the line to assist with the connection problems, how has the line been stable for 25 days then suddenly becomes unstable? I also note the interleaving will increase ping times which is not good for on-line gaming so as I have the pro add on to assit with on-line gaming is this add on now not worth having?  Undecided

To be honest we're not sure but that is why we've advised you to raise a fault. I would assume the the presence of a fault somewhere has caused that.
Interleaving can help to re-stabilise a line but it you'd prefer not to have that I can stop that if you'd prefer not to try it.

Hi,
I am willing to try the interleaving to stabalise the line but if this comes at the expenses of the on-line gaming can it be removed ASAP?

Yes, we can remove interleaving within 24 hours.

As interleaving has been added and the line is not staying up for more than 3-4 days what is the next course of action please?

Hi there,
If the fault's still ongoing your best bet would be to reply to the fault ticket, that way our agents can run some further tests and get it escalated to our suppliers for more investigation for you. I'd definitely recommend getting the fault on the line sorted out before interleaving is removed though, or it'll delay the fault process further as most likely it'll be added again.
