I had an issue a few months ago where my internet would drop a several times a night, the red light would flash on the router and would eventually reconnect, then disconnect, rinse and repeat.
An engineer came out, fixed some of the wiring and I got a new router which appeared to fix it.
Then Friday night the disconnects started again and have been happening ever since.

Our tests aren't showing any causes for this but if the drops continue I'd recommend raising a fault here
