Constant DSL Disconnection and now packet loss

Over the past week I've had to ring up around ~7 times, once per day, due to constant disconnections.

After speaking to one of your agents this afternoon I can see that not only has the broadband speed lowered and become even more unstable than before, but we're actually suffering from packet loss.

I pinged PlusNet, Google and OpenDNS servers to find similar results every time, worst case scenario was 85% packet loss, which is completely unacceptable, after pinging PlusNet's secondary DNS server, a screenshot of which has been attached.

In my opinion we are definitely not receiving the service that we're paying for, and PlusNet certainly isn't living up to expectations for me.

Sorry to see this is a problem.

 

I can see we have an engineer visit booked in for the 3rd.
