Connectivity

Hello,

I recently signed up and have only briefly managed to connect via Wi-Fi and although my MacBook says I am connected I am not getting any connectivity. Neither have I managed to connect via the hub even though it shows I am connected and the light is blue.

I have spent quite a bit of time on this and am thinking of cancelling my service (if I could get through on the phone), especially as when I did connect I only got a 10mb connection.

 

Please can someone advise?

Not much to go on there @Zskrysia and are you on an ADSL or FTTC connection - the advice is different depending on that?
