Connection trouble...

My connection has all of a sudden become a real pain.... It has gone from the original 1500 - 1800 kbs I was getting, to a 600 - 800 kbs.  This has been happening over the last week or so...  I cant play RF, I am lagging too much.... I can play this when service restricted to 128k normaly.
I use Ventrilo, My ping rate on it can go from 100 - 29000 instantly and anywhere inbetween.
I can get a slow, dodgy connection for free if I shop around.

Nope..... Keep trying to play RF.... Lucky if I get connected... other players not having a problem, so its not the server.
I am not happy about paying for something I dont think I'm getting.... If this service carries on the way it is, I wont!
I know it works fine because it has been no trouble at all for a while now.  All of a sudden its back to dropping and stuttering... nothing at all has changed at this end.
