Connection speed wrong?

I ordered the unlimited Fibre FTTC product and it was fitted on Monday.  Speeds are great but only 36Mb off a 38Mb profile and my original estimate was 62Mb.  I think I may have been connected at 40/10 and not 80/20 based on my max upload profile appears to be 10Mb.
How can you tell if you are on the wrong connection speed? Would obviously like to connect at fastest stable speed possible but if restricted to 40Mb I will not be able to see how fast it could get.
Do I simply need to raise a ticket with support to get this sorted out?

We've had a chunk of orders that should have bee put on 80/20 go through on 40/10 instead, we're correcting them as we speak. Sorry about that.
We'll get the order placed to complete tomorrow.

WOW  Cheesy Just seen my profile is now at 78Mb and did a disconnect and reconnect then another speedtest... 64Mbps download and 13Mbps upload.  Fantastic service. Thanks to all those that have made this a pretty painless experience.
Since my initial estimate was 62Mbps I think this qualifies as an unqualified success Smiley  Now to get a vpn capable router to replace my obviously very out of date vigor 2910. It can't handle anything faster than 27Mbps through it's WAN link.
