Connection speed dropped by 75%

Hi, could someone at support please look into my case? In the last few days my connection speed has dropped to around 4mbps, it's usually 16-17Mbps (i live very close to the exchange). Upload seems unaffected (around 1.1Mbps). All requested stats are below.
Noise margin: 6.5/9.1
Line attenuation: 5.9/13.5
BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test
Download speed achieved during the test was - 3.59 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 17.82 Mbps

Your line is pretty stable, although there have been a few disconnections today and yesterday:

This has caused the line profile to lower to 3800, causing the speeds you're seeing. However this has now increased again back to normal, so if you disconnect/reconnect once you should see an improvement.
