Connection so slow I can't even run a speed test!

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your speeds.  I've run some checks on this and the profiling is okay at our and BTs end.  However you appear to be on an Ellacoya profile that is restricting your speed.
I can see that whilst you have passed the default level of 10GB peak usage for Pro, you haven't passed the 14GB that you are paying for.  Did you only recently increase this?  I'll get a problem raised so that the Ellacoya profile is changed and you should see an improvement in speed once this has happened.

Hi, thanks for the help, I've rebooted my router and asdl line a couple of times and I am still getting the same speed problems, my connection is still constantly stuck at 128kbps

I got one of those "you've reached your limit" emails. Can you guys not handle someone wanting over 10Gb on your "Pro gamer" setup or something?

But the page clearly states the paid for allowance s 14GB so no management should be applied.
Peter, how have you configured your account when you exceed your allowance: Automatically add more allowance (which you pay for)  or don't add more allowance and get restricted.
The page suggests it added more allowance (at 2GB chunks) and its added 2 (4 GB making the total 14GB) although your peak usage has not exceeded 12GB yet so the 2nd 2GB should not have been added yet

Phoned them up, sorted immediatly. I think its just a bug in the system or something

It's a new package so there will always be a few issues as people use the package in different ways to what was possible in testing.
