I've got a new fibre line installed on 38/19.5 (40/20) package - BT Openreach engineer came and set everything up then ran a test on the line and confirmed a full sync at 80/20 (I'm right next to the cabinet)
However speed tests show consistent lock at 40/10 - upload seems to be capped at 10mb for some reason - anyone know why this might be?
