Hi,
I've experienced a lot of disconnections and voice chat package losses today. Overall the connection quality was much lower than normal.
Could it possibly be related to an intensive usage over the weekend? I believe this shouldn't happen as I am on the Unlimited fibre contract. Could you advise please?

I returned home from a day out only to find that my broadband keeps disconnecting. Have disconnected router and then reset it but it continues to keep dropping out. Quite frustrating watching Netflix which then hangs. Phone seems to be ok, but waiting 30 minutes for service on the phone is not very helpful. Going to have to read a book I think!
