Connection problems once again

Hi, my broadband connection has disconnected once again, this is becoming an issue as it seems to occur to often please can someone perform yet another line check.

Please advise what you consider to be "too often". PlusNet advised me that once or twice a day is "expected" despite my surprise.
EDIT - just checked - mine's disconnected on December 1, 2, 4, 4, 6, 8, 8, 8 - hmm three times today...

I have no Internet at all now after many disconnects (20-30) I now have to use 3G on my iPad to report it.
I had an engineer visit 2-3 weeks ago and all was good till 1am this morning.
Fed up is not the word.

Yeah, this isn't a good number of disconnections:

Have you added any new electrical devices to your house recently? Christmas lights, new phone handsets etc?

I've just done some line checks and they showed that there was a potential issue with the phone line, however the tests you've done and the previous phone faults would appear to contradict this. I've raised the fault through to our suppliers now and we'll be in touch when we get their input on to the fault.

Can you just confirm that you're not getting any noise or problems on the phone line? If there is any noise, pops, hisses etc then try a single corded handset into the master socket and let us know if it carries on.
