Connection problems between technicolor & Panasonic smart box

I am experiencing problems getting my Panasonic DMR-HWT130 smart box to communicate with the technicolor router, I have tried wireless and direct wired but each time it cant get through the gateway onto the web. I disabled the firewall and have been through the help topics but have had no luck, I know the Panasonic unit is ok as it worked with the TalkTalk router a couple of months ago before a house move forced a change to plusnet. Any help that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Hi and welcome to the forum,
We've seen problems with some Pansonic devices not getting IP addresses via DHCP from the technicolor router. Setting an IP addess, DNS & gateway manually seems to sort the problem.
