Connection problem - AGAIN!

Could not get onto Internet for 15 minutes this evening. Rebooting router twice did not help. Finally managed to get a connection after the third router reboot.
What is happening at Plus.net?
I hear about extended services, but should they not first sort out what they have?

It's worth considering that we're reselling a service provisioned by BT Wholesale, just in case you were thinking that we do all the maintenance on your telephone lines.
Did your router give any indication as to why it could not connect?  Were all of the lights lit as you would expect them to be?

Thanks for the response James.  I think that the Internet light was off and Status light was flashing, but I will note the exact situation next time.
