A warm welcome to the forums. If you have a current issue which you are seeking help for, you should start your own thread for it ... Or just add the mods to split your post off to a seperate thread.

@Mav / @Strat given the OPs' issues have been resolved, is there merit in locking this thread to inhibit further me-too posting?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Just log on to your router and there you will find the right link to your router settings. You can change from automatic to manual and then select a channel, from 1 to 13. Try a few and see which works best.
