Connection issues?

Hi all, I have had an orange light and the orange B showing on my router for the past 2 hours. Tried to call before closing time but was told by automated message that calls were so high quantity they weren't taking anymore. Just wondering if this is a nationwide issue/outage? Or just us? Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced these issues. I've had a look at your account and I can see that since you've sent this message the connection has come back online. Is everything now performing as you'd expect, or are you still noticing any issues from your end of things?
