Connection interruptions

I'm aware that there have been connection issues today (Sunday 30/11).
But during the past week i have had connection issues.
It seems that the router stays connected (i can ping 8.8.8.8 ) but i cannot access any web sites, or services.
The only way to get this back is to reboot the router.
But even now looking at router stats, it's had to reconnect since last reboot earlier today.
Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collisions Tx B/s Rx B/s Up Time
WAN PPPoA 86412 115604         0       1361 9757 02:22:33
LAN 10M/100M 116659 90383 0       6752 1104 03:30:50
WLAN 11M/54M 2183 419 0       32         2           03:30:41

Nothing internally has changed, no new devices, no wiring issues.
Up until now my connection has always been rock solid.
Would it be worth requesting a line check?

Re: Connection interruptions

Hi,
I've checked your account and everything looks normal. As you remain connected, this could be a software, hardware or wireless issue. Does the problem happen over a wired connection, and have you been able to try an alternative router?

Re: Connection interruptions

Thanks for checking.
The problem happens over both wired and wireless connection.
Unfortunately I don't have an alternative router to hand to try.
It has been stable for 32 hours now.
I will continue to monitor it for a few days and see how it goes.
At least I know my account seems OK at the moment.
Thanks
