Hi
This last week my router has been dropping out, constantly - I get a service of about 10 minutes, tops.
Looking at the router stats the SNR margin is all over the place. It tries to sync at 6mb, drops, then all the way down to sub-1mb speeds before it finally gives up and needs a reboot to begin the process again
Nothing has changed at my side - can you please investigate as it's doing my head in.

I've taken a look over this for you and can see that our automated testing has uncovered a fault on your telephone line.
We're not your telephone provider so you'll need to report this issue to them to resolve. It's very likely that this issue is the cause for the dropping connection. Once this has been fixed, the broadband will likely become stable again.
