Re: Connection has been terrible past month

Apologies to the delayed response.

Testing your connection isn't indicating any obvious problems, the sync speeds aren't as low as I'd expect from the speed tests you're posting.

Upstream DSL Link Information Downstream DSL Link Information
Loop Loss: 26.5 49.0
SNR Margin: 6.0 10.3
Errored Seconds: 0 48
HEC Errors: 0
Cell Count: 2096521 15598960
Speed: 967 5263

As a first step, if you haven't already, please could you go through our troubleshooting guide here: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/

If you continue to experience the same low speeds following this, please could you run a wired speed test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and then continuing on to the further diagnostics option, as this will store the results on our suppliers systems.

After running the requested speed test, please raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net so we can investigate further.
