I know they are tested on wifi but wired is pretty much same. I have already been on chat last week they said my profile is 4mb download

Testing your connection isn't indicating any obvious problems, the sync speeds aren't as low as I'd expect from the speed tests you're posting.

If you continue to experience the same low speeds following this, please could you run a wired speed test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and then continuing on to the further diagnostics option, as this will store the results on our suppliers systems.
After running the requested speed test, please raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net so we can investigate further.
