My broadband has been unusable for the past four days - drops a few times an hour and very slow when it is up. Used the troubleshooter and notified the fault early on Wednesday but have had no response from the fault team. Could you investigate, please? Thank you.

Thanks.
This is what was found:
xDSL Status Test Summary
Sync Status: Circuit In Sync
General Information
NTE Status: NTE Power Status: PowerOn Bypass Status:
Upstream DSL Link Information Downstream DSL Link Information
Loop Loss: 12.8 32.0
SNR Margin: 15.0 6.0
Errored Seconds: 0 0
HEC Errors: 0
Cell Count: 3975 4134
Speed: 888 13625
Maximum Stable Rate (KBPS): 13632 Fault Threshold Rate (KBPS): 10906
Mean Time Between Retrains (Seconds): 86400 Mean Time Between Errors Upstream (Seconds): 3060
Indicative Line Quality: A Mean Time Between Errors Downstream (Seconds): 30
Copper: Pass
TAM: DNR
WBC 160K - 24M Medium delay (INP 1) 6dB Downstream, UC Medium delay (INP 2) 6dB Upstream (ADSL2+)
Router: Draytek Vigor 120
Summary - Connection not testing LTB and ILQ is A. Connection is dropping quite heavily. SNR is low but download speed on the line is high.
Next Action - Will raise for SFI.
I'm using my own Vigor 120 and Airport Express. Would it be sensible for me to check these first before having an engineer out or does the above suggest a fault in the line?

If you're able to test alternative equipment it is advisable, or test your equipment at another property.
