Connection dropping.

Hi been with plusnet for couple of years now & recently my connection has been dropping out at random times. Can someone take a look at my line please. Pain in the ass when i'm trying to play online games then suddenly get flashing orange light on router & booted out.

Could you plug your router into the test socket as explained Here and if you continue to experience problems please raise a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net letting us know over here once you've done so and we'll pass this onto our suppliers to arrange an engineer.
