Connection dropping out frequently today

Totally sick of my connection dropping out..been with plus net for about 7 years but the past few weeks it cuts out frequently..can someone tell me if there is problems in my area because its an hour wait on the phone and feels like its cutting out every 10 mins..very frustrating!!!!

Thanks..just done the test on the link you sent so hoping it gets fixed soon..it seems to have been stable for over 1 hour now so fingers crossed
